Shipping & Returns


  • Free shipping on most orders over $100. Additional fees may apply for oversize items. Sorry, we can not ship Canoes, Kayaks, Sup's or Bikes. Other exclusions may apply. Look for details in the item description.
  • Oversize Shipping Fee is $19.99
  • Extra Oversize Shipping Fee is $39.99
  • Orders Ship within 2-3 Business Days. An email with a tracking # will be sent as soon as the shipping label is created.
  • Orders will only be shipped to the billing address on file. Please ask if you have any issues checking out, and we will be glad to assist you over the phone.
  • Sorry, we do not offer any expedited shipping. We only offer standard 3-5 day shipping via UPS or USPS depending on cost & size.
  • We do not ship overseas or to third party shippers. We can also only ship to the continental US.  Such orders will be cancelled and refunded.


In Store Pick Up:

  • Webstore orders are only available to be picked up at our Old Forge location. If you would like to order an item for pickup at our Saratoga Location, please call them and order it over the phone.\
  • Please only order an item for pick up at our Old Forge location if our inventory shows the stock is available at that location.
  • We will contact you via email or phone to let you know when the item is ready to be picked up within 2-3 days of the order. (If you need it sooner, please give us a call and order it over the phone.)
  • Transfers between stores are available for larger items, and there is a $20 - $30 transfer fee per item. Please call for details.

Gift Cards:

Gift cards can be purchased online or in store. If you purchase a Gift Card online, it will be emailed to the email address you provide. Please make sure that you use the billing/shipping address that is associated with the credit card used for the purchase. If you would like to purchase a physical gift card, please give us a call or stop by one of our locations to purchase it in person.


Items may be returned back to the original form of payment within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping. No price adjustments. Returns/Exchanges must be: new, clean, unworn, unused, tags attached/in original packaging/shoe box. Returns and exchanges require the original receipt. Face masks, Canoes, Kayaks, Sups, Bikes, Trailers, Thule & Yakima Rack System Components & Cargo Boxes are final sale, no refunds or exchange on these items.

All Returns need to be shipped back to our Old Forge location. Please use our PO Box if you ship via the US Postal service, or our street address if you ship via UPS or Fed Ex.

If the return is due to defective product or our error, please give us a call to resolve the issue.

All Purchases made between Nov 10th and Dec 1st will have a grace period for returns until Dec 31st. This will allow for gifts that were purchased to be returned before the end of the year.
