Christina McKeown is from Bend, Oregon and loves to spend her time on the rivers and in the mountains with family and her dogs. When it comes to art, her specialty is watercolor and ink – the tools are easy to pack on her adventures, and of course, she likes to play with water.
Christina chose to support American Whitewater – the primary advocate for the preservation and protection of whitewater rivers throughout the United States, connecting the interests of human-powered recreational river users with ecological and science-based data.
Sheila Dunn was born and raised in the foothills of northern Colorado and currently lives in Bend, Oregon. Best known for her large, vibrant paintings, her work explores the fluid relationship between figure and environment: how each informs and affects the other, and how we both form and are formed by what we see and experience.
Sheila chose to support The Conservation Alliance, a group of outdoor businesses that works together to protect wild places and restore public lands throughout North America, where wildlife thrives and where we recreate.
Adam Haynes’ pursuit of creativity began young in Camp Sherman, Oregon, where a lack of television and a bounty of books inspired hours of drawing landscapes and scenes from his imagination. He grew up immersed in the outdoors among colossal trees, lazy rivers, and snow-covered mountains.
Adam chose to support Protect Our Winters (POW). POW turns passionate outdoor people into effective climate advocates for systematic political solutions to climate change as winters grow shorter, snow level elevations rise, and snowpack dwindles across the globe.
