Our Confluence rep, Rob Rexrode, sent along this hilarious video from Confluence explaining why you should test your boat on the water (you can do this behind our shop) and consider their boats (Perception is one of their brands, along with Wilderness Systems and Dagger), as opposed to the uber-cheap models you tend to see at big box stores.
